About E-mail Notification


 

You may want to be notified via e-mail when your files and reports are ready because you will be notified even if you are logged out of the GL Reporting Service.

 

If there are any problems creating a file or report, you will be notified by both e-mail and the Message Board even if you did not choose to e-mail.

 

To change the specified e-mail address:

 

1.   From the Paychex Online Main Menu, choose My Profile | Change Information.
 

2.   Click Contact Information.
 

3.   Change the e-mail address in the Primary E-Mail address field. Optional: Enter or change the Secondary E-Mail field.
 

4.   Click Submit.
