Re-downloading an Export File

Only files that have never been downloaded before appear in the Get Files Now page. To re-download a previously downloaded file, choose the appropriate option on the Download menu:

Option	When to use it
Payroll - this client	To download export files created by payroll date and to view these reports: Missing Account Number Chart of Accounts Account Number Assignment Available only for the selected client. Files and reports created in the last 60 days are displayed.
Date range - this client	To download export files created for a date range and to view these reports: Pre-Posting Summary Labor Analysis Available only for the selected client. Files and reports created in the last 60 days are displayed.
All files not downloaded	To download all export files and to view all reports created by you, under your user ID. All clients accessible to you display.
